Kimchi
The fermented Korean food.
- The symbol of its national pride for Korea.
Kimchi is prized for its nutritional value, which comes from:
- Vitamins: Kimchi is a good source of vitamins A and C.
- Fiber: Because vegetables make up most of its bulk, kimchi is a good source of fiber.
- Probiotics: Because it is a fermented food, kimchi is a good source of beneficial bacteria.
Eating kimchi may treat or prevent health problems like:
- Poor eye health: Good sources of vitamin A like kimchi might help to preserve your vision by preventing age-related macular degeneration.
- Poor gut health: The bacteria in kimchi may help restore your gut health, which can benefit people who suffer from irritable bowel syndrome and other health problems.
- Obesity: Kimchi is a low-calorie food that adds tremendous flavor to food without making that food likely to contribute to weight gain.
Because of our love for Kimchi, we siblings decide to sell kimchi through our website (still in progress). So we decided to make 3 levels of spice of kimchi because most people can't take spicy food so this is the pic (we use our sister's face with One Piece style) LOL
